Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects designed these suspended Nykredit meeting rooms to boost creativity at the mortgage bank's Copenhagen headquarters. The three cantilevered meeting spaces hang from the third and fifth floors of the 10-story building, and the experience of actually giving a presentation in one of these rooms would likely give someone with acrophobia the heebie-jeebies.
The Nykredit headquarters also boasts an auditorium, glass elevators, an atrium and a plaza. The abundant glass and many skylights let natural light flood in throughout the day.
