This is not a book review for The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles by Steven Pressfield -- it's a directive to Read This Book Now. This book is essential for not just creatives and artists, but anyone who finds intrinsic motivation, passion and flow while doing their work.

While reading this book, I felt compelled to take snapshots of certain pages and share them -- something I've never done, but will do a lot more of in the future.

The following image is of my very favorite part: the notion of territory. Your turf. It's so much more than mere ownership. It's dominance, protection, strength, power.

My turf is at home, especially at the officebar, and everything it represents.

What territory do you lay claim to?

If you've read the book, drop me a line on Instagram and share your favorite passage. And if you haven't read it yet, buy the book here.
