This sentiment is what inspired my 90-day Destroy to Create strategy. Every quarter, I choose an aspect of my life I can make better, even if it seems to be working well as is. Sometimes this means revamping my morning routine, while other times I'm experimenting with my diet or a specific workflow. If you don't destroy what you already have, you can't create something new. And the new is often better, faster, and more efficient.
