By using a template response, you can save the time it would take to write it out, and just spend a few minutes personalizing the template format.
Templates can also be used when it comes to journaling. A common practice among professionals, journaling allows you to note specifics that may otherwise go unremembered. On days when you are struggling to get thoughts down, a journal template can provide the structure to stimulate valuable thoughts, so that you can keep track of your daily business happenings and ultimately become a more efficient and productive professional.
