We've all experienced a work situation like the one in this ecard from someecards, and to fight it, I suggest the 2-minute rule. If a task will take you 2 minutes or less to complete, do it immediately. Not only will you crank out a ton of tasks each day, but you'll also save someone from some unnecessary email.
