FellowUp is an iPhone and Web app that helps users manage social media contacts like a personal assistant might. It pulls in your contacts from LinkedIn, Google and Facebook and then reminds you to interact with key people with your network at convenient times. You can also enter your own data -- such as your notes on what you discussed when you met, what you should follow up with and a photo of a business card -- and set reminders.
A sample scenario in which FellowUp shines is at a conference. Let's say you network with five key people who can boost your business at some point in the next year. Enter your notes on those contacts into FellowUp. Should one of them have a birthday, or switch jobs, or post wedding photos on Facebook, FellowUp will display these updates, giving you a natural reason to connect with that contact.
