This infographic by Brown & Company outlines the genetic structure of high-performance teams and the four phases they use to bring a product to market: Ready, Aim, Fire, Adjust. Such workgroups can’t be hampered by bureaucracy; they must have “room to run, to experiment and even fail,” according to the infographic. In return, managers get regular updates and infuse their vision and culture onto these teams.
